"Andrew helped me get set up with renter's insurance, and he was incredible! He made sure I had all the information I needed, optimized my plan, and kept my quote a reasonable price through it all. Mrs. Boone, she is definitely an asset to your team. Editing to add: 26May2026 Mrs. Boone, I am reaching out as I think you need to know how great of an asset Dina is to your Branch's Team. She has been very informative regarding some decisions I have recently had to make. An error was identified and she took initiative to ensure that the correction was applied to all of my accounts where necessary. She keeps her word-->she told me she would research something for me, she indicated it would take a bit of time but that she would definitely figure things out for me. "I had a great experience working with Agent Le’Yauna Younger at State Farm Insurance. She was very friendly and made the process of adding my daughter to my car insurance smooth and easy to understand. Le’Yauna took the time to clearly explain everything, which I really appreciated. She’s very knowledgeable and provided me with multiple quote options tailored to my specific needs, without making me feel pressured. It felt like she genuinely wanted to help me find the best coverage. The only reason I’m giving 4.8 instead of a full 5 is just because insurance in general can be a bit pricey—but her service itself was excellent. I’d definitely recommend working with her!"
